The permanent team

The ACNUSA permanent team is organized into three divisions:

• The Communications/Administration Department, under the responsibility of the General Secretariat, is in charge of day-to-day management of human resources and finance, information systems, communications, and information. It ensures the preparation, organization, smooth running, and follow-up of the college sessions.
   
• The legal department is responsible for matters relating to the processing of individual cases of environmental regulation violations and any resulting litigation. The permanent rapporteur reports to the board, presenting arguments both for and against those prosecuted by the administration. The rapporteur is the head of the legal department.
   
• The technical unit is competent to address all issues related to noise pollution, overflight conditions, atmospheric emissions, water and soil pollution, and biodiversity. It ensures the processing and analysis of environmental data.
